A covenant restricted community

The Sanctuary Cove Homeowners Association was established in 2013 to serve the Homeowners and Residents of the Sanctuary Cove Neighborhood, Phases 1-3. Sanctuary Cove is located in the beautiful Big Cove area of Huntsville, Alabama.

Sanctuary Cove is zoned for the following Blue Ribbon Huntsville City Schools:

Sanctuary Cove HOA is managed by Elevate Management Solutions based in Huntsville, Alabama.

Elevate provides day-to-day management services to include accounts payable/receivable, vendor management, compliance, record-keeping and assists the HOA Board with the operation of the Association.

Elevate will be the single point of contact for all invoicing, billing and payments for the HOA.

HOA DUES

Invoices for Q2 have been sent. Contact our management company if you have not received yours.

Notices are sent out each quarter as a reminder to pay dues. Of course homeowners are able to pay for the entire year instead of quarterly. Mail all payments (made out to Sanctuary Cove HOA) to P.O. Box 14188, Huntsville, AL 35815. Pay online at www.duespayment.com.

Pool Fireplace and Cabana - The Cabana area can be reserved at a cost of $25. Download and complete the Reservation Form, then submit. Use the menu link on this website "Submit Your Requests."

POOL CABANA RESERVATION

Use this digital form to submit a request to reserve the pool cabana. Reservations are subject to availability, approval and payment of the $25 reservation fee and $100 refundable deposit.

WORK ORDER REQUEST

Use this digital form to submit any items that are in need of repair. The HOA is responsible for the pool area facilities, landscape buffers along Terry Drake, Taylor Road, and Old Big Cove Road, as well as the entrances along Flint Drive.
